Sherwin is the in-charge on engagements to document controls and testing of internal controls to assist in compliance with the FDICIA and the Sarbanes Oxley Act, as it relates to information technology.  He has extensive experience planning, budgeting and performing Information Technology Systems audits.  Sherwin has significant experience in performing internal operational and compliance audits, preparing reports, and formulating management responses to exceptions and internal control recommendations.  His written and oral communication skills are utilized to make presentations of audit findings to bank management.
