Audit manager in charge of financial statement audits for financial institutions, universities and governmental entities.
He has extensive experience in the audits of financial institutions. His specific financial institution experience includes performing and reviewing financial statement audits, documenting of and testing of internal controls to assist management in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act, trust audits in accordance with 12 CFR 9, Fiduciary Activities of National Banks, and loan review in conjunction with financial statement audits as well as loan review for the purpose of assisting management in the support for and adjustment of the allowance for loan loss account.
