Davis
Kinard offers accounting compilation and review
services on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
In
1979, a single unaudited statement was replaced
with two types of unaudited statements. Both statements
specifically define the scope of a CPA's involvement,
and are supplied to non-publicly traded companies.
Davis Kinard offers two types of accounting services
to its non-publicly traded company’s clients
to provide the best accuracy with as much simplicity
possible.
1.
Compilation of financial statements
Presenting financial statements that represent
management and owners without undertaking to express
any assurance on the statements.
2.
Review of financial statements
Performing inquiry and analytical procedures that
provide an accountant with a reasonable basis
for expressing limited assurance that there are
no material modifications to be made to the statements
in order for them to be in conformity with generally
accepted accounting principles.
Upon
reviewing your records, Davis Kinard accounting
professionals can make clear and precise recommendations
about any adjustments needed to your accounting
procedures in order for them to meet or exceed
your criteria. Our experts can assure your business
is conforming to the necessary standards of today’s
fast paced business world.
